Our Mission
The Norma Foundation creates projects that help artists consciously build healthy, sustainable and fulfilling professional careers. We support their artistic, personal and professional development by creating opportunities to gain experience, build meaningful relationships and find their own place within the cultural sector.
We organise concerts, festivals, workshops, meetings and development programmes that give artists a genuine presence on stage, help them strengthen their skills and enable them to take on new professional challenges. We want everything we offer to respond to the real needs of people working in the arts and to help them build careers founded not only on talent, but also on knowledge, self-awareness and solid foundations.
We believe that every artist is, first and foremost, a person. Only when they feel secure, empowered and part of a community can they fully develop their potential, make bold choices and create art that truly matters.

Mission
The Norma Foundation was established in response to the real needs of the artistic community. Our mission is to create conditions in which artists can develop their potential, gain stage experience and consciously build sustainable and fulfilling professional careers.
By organising concerts, festivals and other artistic events, we provide artists with opportunities to present their work and take on new professional challenges. At the same time, we develop educational, workshop and mentoring programmes because we know that a professional artistic career relies not only on talent, but also on knowledge, skills, self-awareness and the ability to navigate an evolving cultural landscape.
In everything we do, we work with experienced specialists and practitioners, responding to the genuine needs of people working in the arts. At the same time, we never lose sight of the fact that every artist is, first and foremost, a person. This is why we also support their wellbeing, personal development, sense of agency and sense of belonging.
We want to bring more harmony to the demanding world of the arts, where an artist’s career is often shaped by improvisation and a lack of stable structures. We are working to establish new standards — ones in which creativity, development and wellbeing are not the exception, but the norm.
“Norma”
The Foundation takes its name from the title character of Vincenzo Bellini’s opera Norma — a strong, self-aware and complex woman who faces the tension between the expectations of those around her, her responsibilities and the need to follow her own path.
Similar dilemmas are familiar to contemporary artists. Building a career often means having to reconcile ambition, professional pressure, personal life and one’s own values.
The Norma Foundation was created to provide a space where these tensions do not lead artists to give up who they are, but instead become the starting point for conscious choices, growth and the development of a sustainable professional path.
Our Team
Andżelika Wiśniewska
President of the Norma Foundation
Polish mezzo-soprano and Third Prize winner at the 19th Ada Sari International Vocal Artistry Competition.
From 2022 to 2024, she was a soloist with the Opera Studio at Oper Graz, where she appeared in numerous opera productions. She currently collaborates with the Polish Royal Opera in Warsaw. She graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music and was a scholarship recipient in the Opernschule programme at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart.
She brings the experience gained on Polish and international stages to her work with the Norma Foundation, developing projects that support artists in making conscious professional choices, building sustainable careers and finding their own place in the world of the arts.
Kinga Woźna
Member of the Board
In her professional work, she combines management expertise with a passion for creating. She is responsible for project coordination and event organisation, overseeing every detail — from the logistics of concerts and festivals to their visual presentation. Her mission is to create an environment that genuinely supports artists in their development and provides them with a strong professional foundation.
Classical music is where she finds rhythm, focus and inspiration for her everyday work. It accompanies her through life’s most important moments and is not only a passion, but also a foundation of her own inner harmony.
She is also a proud mother and shares with her daughter a deep love of ballet.
